Small Balloon center pieces start off at $15 (price per center piece) and go up depending on complexity and design. Add-ons such as florals, vines or ribbon are an additional cost.
For a more definite quote, we will need to know if it's an indoor or outdoor garland, location for travel, setup and takedown purposes, garland size, photos and wall measurements if at all possible. Props of any kind are an additional cost. (e.g. florals, greenery, teddy bears, ribbons and etc.)
