To reserve your event date, there will be a $50 NON-refundable deposit fee required.
(This is to cover the cost of supplies, the time and effort that we put into creating your design if you should suddenly cancel your event.)
We will need at least 14 days notice to ensure that your custom party supplies are ordered and in stock.
If you are planning an event that is less than 2 weeks away, there will be a $50 rush fee applied to your bill. This is to ensure that your custom supplies are ordered and in stock.
We will need at least ONE hour (preferably an hour and a half) for set up. This is to ensure time to perfect our work. 30 minutes is not sufficient time to set up. We want to make sure we deliver our best quality work.
You may pay in full or set up a payment plan. For a payment plan, a contract will be drafted and signed by both parties. Full payment must be received at least 14 days before your event date.
If any property of Can't Hardly Wyatt Events becomes damaged in your care or during your use, you will be held responsible for damaged items.
If you have to cancel or reschedule, please contact your event planner as soon as possible.
In the event that you or someone in your party becomes severely ill or an emergency arises, please contact your event planner to discuss reschedule options.
You have a minimum of TWO reschedules.
